Invite SeaMeet Bot to Transcribe and Take Notes for Your Meetings

You can invite the SeaMeet Bot to join and take notes of your Google Meet meetings in three different ways:

Method 1: “Start Recording” from the Meeting List

  1. Click the ‘Start Recording’ button.
  2. Enter the Google Meet code and submit.
  3. The meeting will automatically be added to your meeting list.

Method 2: Invite via SeaMeet Extension

  1. Install the SeaMeet extension from the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Once installed, open Google Meet, and the extension will activate automatically.
  3. Click ‘Start Recording’ to invite the bot to the meeting.
  4. Allow the bot to join and initiate the meeting recording.

Method 3: Send an Invitation via Google Calendar

  1. In Google Calendar, invite the SeaMeet Bot using the email address
  2. SeaMeet Bot will promptly join your Google Meet meeting.

View Meeting Minutes

When you invite the SeaMeet bot to join a meeting, it will create a meeting entry in your workspace’s meeting list. Click on the meeting title to access detailed meeting information, including meeting transcription, discussed topics, summary, and action items.

Track Your Meetings

View statistics and analytics on your calls and meetings through the SeaMeet Dashboard. Contact centers can also review agent performance with customizable AI-powered performance metrics.
